Ignition Leader Introduces New High Performance Outboard Ignition Products
MADISON, AL August 29, 2004 -- Boaters looking for that extra blast of performance from their outboard motor can find it in the new electronic ignition line from CDI Electronics.
Engineers from CDI have collected their many years of powerboat racing experience to develop an all-new line of high-performance outboard electronic ignition products, called QuickStrike PRO SERIES.
"If a boat owner has to ask why they would need the QuickStrike PRO SERIES, then they probably don't need the performance anyway," said Ray Anders, president of CDI Electronics. "We've seen amazing results and top-end performance with this new ignition line."
The QuickStrike PRO SERIES line of ignitions will give the average boater the opportunity of maximizing the performance capabilities of their outboard engine and allow the boater to add additional mechanical modifications to the engine to achieve their high performance goals, if they so desire.
To promote this performance enhancing ignition line, CDI is working with the American Power Boat Association (APBA) and it is offering discounts on QuickStrike PRO SERIES to APBA members worldwide, Anders added.
APBA is the governing body for all boat racing in the United States. The American Power Boat Association, founded in 1903, has been granted sole authority to sanction races in the United States by the Union of International Motorboating (UIM), which is the world authority for powerboat racing located in Monaco.
