Tucker Electronics opens office in Shanghai.

DALLAS, TX May 24, 2004 -- Tucker Electronics today announced the opening of a new branch office in Shanghai. Tucker Electronics' employees have been working to develop business in the region for several months prior to the opening of the new facility. Commenting on the new offices, Mike Janc, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, "We have been pleased with the positive feedback we have received from the local business community. We are looking forward to continuing to hire local employees to grow this office." The office will sell, lease, and rent new and refurbished electronic test and measurement instruments from manufacturers such as Tektronix, Agilent, Fluke, and Rohde and Schwarz.
